Used a used part on my car without my permission. The owner said a previous owner abandoned the car and decided to use a used part and charged me $300 for it and $300 in labor. The issue still wasn’t fixed. He seemed shocked it wasn’t. Suggested I bring the car back. I decided not to because it may end up worst.

I have been going to fair auto care for years. I like that they use warranties on their auto parts. It saves you a great deal of money in the long run. I never get any push back from them with their service. Very professional and knowledgeable about their business.

I came in to see what was wrong with my vehicle, and an estimate for anything that was found. Was there under an hour and was charged over $200 for the estimate. As I was waiting at the counter for the paper work because of slow computers, I was able to view the owner's (?) medical records from Atrium health, as he scrolled through them on the very large monitor. very unprofessional. I feel I was over charged for an estimate, which was not indicated would be a charge, when I asked.

Highly recommend Fair Repair! I’ve had several repairs completed here! Latest was valve lash adjustment on my 2012 Pilot and A/C servicing. Howard is the owner and does an amazing job with managing the shop!

Impeccable customer service! Everyone in this office is kind. Have toys for kids to play with which makes it a little easier when you have to bring your little ones with you. If you need someone to take care of your vehicle that is dependable, knowledgeable and local, these are the people to trust. I will be using Fair Repair Auto Care from now on.
